- notes
- In the interests of preserving the visual amenity contributions of the tree and protecting its contribution to the character and appearance of the Chelston Conservation area. The Chelston Conservation area appraisal notes that the exotic evergreen trees add to the richness and variety of the area, as is the case with T1. T1 is an excellently formed example of an important tree species, providing succession planting to the historic landscape.
