• description: Development consisting of (1) the installation, alteration or replacement of solar PV or solar thermal equipment on a dwellinghouse or a building situated within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse being development comprised within Class A of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order, and (2) the installation, alteration or replacement of stand alone solar within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse being development comprised within Class B of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order, and (3) the installation, alteration or replacement of a ground source heat pump within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse being development comprised within Class C of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and, (4) the installation, alteration or repalcement of a water surce heat pump within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse being development comprosed within Class D of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order, and (5) the installation, alteration or replacement of a flue, forming part of a biomass heating system, on a dwellinghouse being development comprised within Class E of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order, and (6) the installation, alteration or replacement of a flue, forming part of a combined heat and power system, on a dwellinghouse being development comprised within Class F of Part 40 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Part.
