- (i) Development consisting of the drilling of boreholes; the carrying out of seismic surveys; or the making of other excavations, for the purposes of mineral exploration, and the provision or assembly on the Land or on ajoining land of any structure required in connection with any of those operations. (ii) The removal of material of any decription from a mineral-working deposit on the land other than a stockpile.
