- The following buildings shall be added:- SIMONBURN NY 77 SE 1388-/7/10001 East Stonefolds Farmhouse and attached farmbuildings and walls GV II Farmhouse and attached stable, hay barn, cowhouses and walls. Mid C18, rebuilt early C19. Coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roofs with 2 stone gable stacks. Quoins. Farmhouse 2 storey, with 3 window front. Central doorway with half-glazed C20 door flanked by single 2-light sliding sashes, with above 3 similar sashes. Attached garden wall has curved coping and central wooden gate. Rear front has irregular fenestration and a single storey lean-to. Attached to left a stable with loft above, with single plank door and a tiny fixed light to the left. Above a central loft opening with a plank door. Attached to left a large hay barn with an open front to the crewyard supported on circular cast-iron columns on square stone bases. The rear front has an off-centre cart entrance, with a single storey lean-to to the left. In front of the hay barn is a long narrow crewyard with side walls and single storey cowhouses to the south-east, which have 2 doorways to the south-east front. ,
