Mid C18, rebuilt early C19. Coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roofs with 2 stone gable stacks. Quoins. Farmhouse 2 storey, with 3 window front. Central doorway with half-glazed C20 door flanked by single 2-light sliding sashes, with above 3 similar sashes. Attached garden wall has curved coping and central wooden gate. Rear front has irregular fenestration and a single storey lean-to. Attached to left a stable with loft above, with single plank door and a tiny fixed light to the left. Above a central loft opening with a plank door. Attached to left a large hay barn with an open front to the crewyard supported on circular cast-iron columns on square stone bases. The rear front has an off-centre cart entrance, with a single storey lean-to to the left. In front of the hay barn is a long narrow crewyard with side walls and single storey cowhouses to the south-east, which have 2 doorways to the south-east front. ,
