- TARSET THORNEYBURN NY 78 NE 31/94 Thorneyburn Rectory GV II Former rectory, now private-house. 1818 by H.H. Seward for the Commissioners of Greenwich Hospital. Ashlar with graduated Lakeland slate roof. Two storeys, 3 bays with lower 2-storey, one-bay section recessed to left. Five steps up to central stone porch with cornice and blocking course. Tripartite small-paned bashes in broad chamfered surrounds on ground floor; shorter 9-pane sashes above. Gabled roof with banded end stacks, ridged coping and kneelers. Interior: staircase with stick balusters and turned newels, 6-panel doors and shutters. ,
