- Article 4 Direction: Land at Norley Farm, Horsham Road, Cranleigh (A4D-24) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 2 December 2005 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995. The Direction removed permitted development rights for the use of land as a caravan site, agricultural operations on holdings under 5 hectares, and forestry developments such as buildings and private ways. It also restricted works to unadopted streets and private ways and the recreational use of land by organisations, including tents. The Direction was time-limited, coming into effect on 23 June 2006 and remaining in force until 23 December 2006, unless extended or modified by further approval.
