notes: Terraced house in use as offices. c1830s. Plastered; slate roof; stacks not seen on survey. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front. Platband below parapet. 3-panel central front door, lower panel fielded; timber fanlight with spoke glazing bars; door in hollow-chamfered round-headed recess. Left and right windows in round-headed recesses reglazed as 2-pane sashes; 3 first-floor reglazed 2-panel sashes with fascias for blinds. INTERIOR: Not inspected but may retain features of interest. Similar in detail to No.28 (qv). Listing NGR: SX9187463607
