- Public house. Late 1850s/early 1860s. Plastered; steeply-pitched slate roof; left-end stack with brick shaft and old pots; cast-iron downpipe. PLAN: Double-depth plan, 1-room wide with entrance into passage to right. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front. Stout Doric porch with entablature to right; 6-panel front door. Large segmental-headed window to bar on left with a moulded architrave, glazed with a 2-pane sash. 2 first-floor 2-pane hornless sashes. A statue of a falcon on a plinth projects through the roof on the front. INTERIOR: Not inspected but may retain features of interest. Listing NGR: SX9158863978
