- Shop with accommodation over. c1830s. Rendered; slate roof, gabled at ends; stacks with brick and rendered shafts. Double-depth plan, one-room-wide, with rear outshut heated by rear lateral stack. Front remodelled as cafe. 3 storeys. One-window front. Moulded eaves cornice with projecting fascia. Ground floor has C20 two-light plate-glass shopfront with half-glazed door with overlight to the left. One first and one ground-floor flush-frame early C19 twelve-pane sash window. INTERIOR: Ground floor modernised, features of interest may survive elsewhere. HISTORY: Winner Street was the main medieval thoroughfare in Paignton, named after the bishops' vineyard.
