The erection, construction, maintenance, improvement or alteration of a gate, fence, wall or other means of enclosure being development within Class A of Part 2 of Schedule 2áof the Order and not being development comprised within any other Part or Classásubject to the provisions set out in Paragraph A1 of the said Class A. 2. The use of any land for any purpose for not more than 28 days in total in any calendaráyear, of which not more than 14 days in total may be for the purposes referred to ináparagraph 82 and the provision on the land of any moveable structure for the purposesáof the permitted use within Class B of Part 4 of Schedule 2 of the Order and not being development comprised within any other Part or Class.
