Dated on possibly re-set stone on farm buildings ER 1767 for Edward Roddam. Random rubble with dressed stone window and door surrounds. Welsh slate roof. A single range of 2-storey buildings including one double-storey barn and byres and stables with granaries over. Stone outside stairs to granary. Shallow relieving arches over two ground floor doors and one 1st floor window. Included mainly for group value. ,
