- GREEN BATT 1. 5330 (North Side) Former Workhouse and Keeper's House NU 1813 SE 1/266 II 2. Built 1870 (G. Richardson and W. Wallace Builders). Three storeys and gable lit attic. Five bays. Ashlar with moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof with raised verges and brick gable end chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows, single hung on 1st floor. End bays now have large goods doors. Two doorways in centre, one round-head Former keeper's house is older, to south-west of main building. Two storeys and 7 windows; ashlar front, rubble at rear. ,
