description
This house stands on the site of the original Priory of Sele & probably contains material from the medieval building. But most of it dates from 1792. Two storeys & attic. Three windows. Two dormers. Painted brick. Dentilled eaves cornice. Slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Two bays on ground & first floors. Doorway up four steps with engaged columns, pediment, semi-circular fanlight & door of six moulden panels.
