The use of land, other than a building, as a caravan site in the circumstances referred to in paragraph A.2. of Class A in Part 5 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country General Development Order 1988 being development comprised within Part 5 Class A referred to in Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Part. 6. Development required by the conditions of a site licence for the time being in force under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 being development comprised within Part 5 Class B referred to in Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Part. 7. The carrying out on agricultural land comprised in an agricultural unit of - (a) works for the erection, extension or alteration of a building, or (b) any excavation or engineering operations, reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within that unit, being development comprised within Part 6 Class A referred to in Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other part.
